Kids will get better sleep as they are tired at night.

Unorganized activity or exercise develops coordination and creativity

More fun exercise for the child,the better the activity.

Exercise with few rules gives more opportunity for creativity and fun.

Kids should be allowed to participate at their own level of ability and interest
